Once the order is picked, they simply login to a website and change the order status. This notifies the customer automatically that their order is ready.

How it works
Click2Order consists of two components: a website where customers enter their order into a form, and a dashboard where your store views and manages orders.
CUSTOMER WEBSITE
A website (yourstore.click2order.co.za) where your customer will place their order.
STEP 1
Customer enters order items in plain text into your store’s departments.
STEP 2
Customer enters their personal details.
STEP 3
Customer places order.
STEP 4
Customer receives SMS and Email notification -with a unique order ID- to confirm that the order has been placed.
STEP 5
Customer receives SMS and Email notification when the order is ready, instructing them to collect their order.
STORE DASHBOARD
A web platform where your store will track and manage orders.
STEP 1
Store receives SMS and Email notification telling them that a new order has been placed.
STEP 2
Store picks the order, and processes at the store’s Point of Sale.
STEP 3
Store enters the order amount (in Rands) and marks the order as ‘Ready’ on the platform.
STEP 4
Customer receives SMS and Email notification when the order is ready, instructing them to collect their order.
